The Zinc Oxide Division manufactures zinc oxide from high grade and special high grade zinc metal as well as from zinc secondaries. With 2 sites in the United States it is one of the world’s largest zinc oxide producers.
Strategically located in Houston, Texas, the Zinc Dust Division is the single largest zinc dust producer in the United States. A proud history of over 50 years ensures secure and reliable supply of a quality product and service.
US Zinc was recently sold to Votorantim Metals (VM), a Votorantim Group's company. VM is among the world’s ten main zinc producers, is leader in nickel electrolyte production in Latin America and the third largest structural steelmaker in Brazil.
