The operations (with a rated 24,000 tonne per annum output) utilize dual furnace technologies of multiple low Electro -Thermal Furnaces and segregated regular Furnaces. These combine to provide the broadest product line in the industry. With sophisticated systems providing particle size and distribution control, U.S. Zinc can satisfy customers' most stringent zinc dust requirements. This includes special additive blends, customized specifications and specialized packaging. The Quality Control laboratory houses a state of the art Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer. The production and shipping department's strict QC standards ensures customers packing and shipping specifications are met.
