Votorantim Group suppliers, of which Votorantim Metais is part, are esteemed by a clear and non-discriminative criterion. No favoritism of any kind is allowed and every decision must be technically and economically supported.
The company suppliers must know the Group Values and their performance must be compatible with the Code of Conduct. In order to be accepted as a Votorantim supplier, the company must declare that they do not use child labor.
Votorantim seeks clarity in the characterization of its suppliers’ products and services, as well as care in health, safety and environment issues.
The company can terminate a business relation with a supplier if there is any damage to their interests, or if legal, tax, environmental, health or security at work issues are not carefully considered.
The non-disclosure of confidential information given by their suppliers is the employee’s responsibility.
