The Votorantim in which we believe.

Management Beliefs

We are here with the intention to build the company of our dreams together. We want to be protagonists and be part of this story, making such dreams come true. We are driven by the pleasure of achievement and fulfillment through work. We do not give up what we believe and are convinced of, which that we can make Votorantim an even better company. This makes us act and perform, in order to constantly evolve.

Our values and beliefs are reflected in our attitudes, which translate our truths:

  • Nurturing Talents – We believe and trust in people, and therefore we invest time and resources into developing our talents;
  • Meritocracy – We believe that people are unique and therefore they deserve to be fairly valued according to what they give;
  • Excellence – We believe that we can always do more and better, overcoming challenges through discipline, humility and simplicity;
  • Pragmatism – We believe it is essential to direct our efforts to what is relevant, with objectivity and without losing the vision of the whole and of the future;
  • Open Dialogue – We believe that a environment of confidence propitiates open dialogue and room for speaking and to be heard, where the diversity of opinions builds better solutions;
  • Alliance – We believe that our success is the product of a joint construction, strengthened by genuine relations and alliances where everyone gains;
  • Sense of Ownership – We believe in those who assume responsibilities, work with passion and lead by example, celebrating success and turning errors into lessons.

This is the Votorantim in which we believe and the company we are building.
