The Votorantim Academy of Excellence was created to be a center for the creation of knowledge and professional development within the Votorantim Group. The idea is to keep the team up to date, aligned with the growth demands of the Group and with a critical view capable of encouraging ongoing improvement within the companies.

The Academy of Excellence will work on the creation of leadership through its Leadership Center, with a process divided among four main concepts: Strategic Management, Operational Excellence, Organizational Behavior and Personal Excellence.
 
Education will take place in the form of courses, lectures and forums based in the practical improvements of the Votorantim Group, as well as e-learning programs, practitioner communities, and meetings.

The next steps of Votorantim Academy implementation will be the development of three other Skill Centers: The Center for Corporate Processes, the Center for Industrial and Technological Excellence and the Center for Commercial Excellence.
