Through this system, Votorantim provides ongoing dissemination of the Group’s values, ensure that the best use is made of VID professionals, and provides for the necessary number of professionals with the profile in each company, as demanded by the Group's growth strategy.
Another objective of the system is to develop a culture of human resource management focused on the excellence of operations and results.

Based on this profile, the system established a career path.
