In order to refresh the company with talented young professionals, Votorantim Metals maintains the Pathways Program, which offers college-level internships.  Through Pathways, the company attracts, develops, and retains professionals with the potential to meet the challenges and demands of our business.

In addition to educational support for Pathways participants, Votorantim Metals prepares intern mentors with the knowledge and techniques needed to conduct the program.

To participate, you must be between 18 and 25 years old, be enrolled in the final two years of a university program compatible with the requirements set forth by the various areas of the company, and be computer literate (word, excel, power point, outlook and internet).  A few other important characteristics are definite requirements: cordial behavior, purposeful communication, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
