The Votorantim Trainees Program seeks recently-graduated young men and women interested in the areas in which the Group is active and who identify with Votorantim´s vision, values and culture.

Through this program, Votorantim develops young people with the capacity to engage people, complete and renew processes, and who have the potential to become future leaders within the Votorantim Group.

The Trainees Program is shared by several business units of Votorantim Industrial, ensuring that participants have the opportunity to learn about the Votorantim Group in its broadest sense. Additionally, interactions among trainees help teach the Votorantim culture and prepare participants for opportunities involving mobility between companies of the Group.

Currently, six industrial units take part in the program: Votorantim Metals, Agroindustry, Cellulose and Paper, Cements, Energy and Chemicals.
