Trusses
Votoraço CA-50 and CA-60 trusses for reinforced concrete meet NBR 7480/96 standard. Votoraço CA-50, manufactured from hot rolled steel, is sold on reels and in bars, both straight and bent, and has a ribbed surface and high adherence to concrete. Votoraço CA-60 is produced from cold laminated steel, with a ribbed or smooth surface. It can be purchased in five types: straight or bent bars, reels, stackable rolls, and coils. Votoraço CA-60 is used as the raw material for manufacture of arc welded meshes, rebar trusses, fasteners, and other products.
Annealed Wires
Annealed wires, made from low-carbon steel, are manufactured using wire-drawing machine splining followed by thermal treatment in annealing ovens. Very flexible, and with a tensile strength of up to 55 kgf/mm², annealed wires are widely used to tie rebar trusses for reinforced concrete. These wires are sold in rolls.
Are Welded meshes
Made from ribbed Votoraço CA-60 rebar, Votoraço Arc Welded Meshes are composed of overlain longitudinal and transversal steel bars welded at the points of contact (knots), using electrical resistance (welding).
Sold in rolls or sheets, with square or rectangular meshes, Arc Welded Mesh is widely used in industrial floors, rigid pavement, in the manufacture of concrete tubes and prefabricated concrete structures, tunnels, slabs, floors, fencing, etc.
Rebar Trusses
Votoraço Rebar Trusses are created by arc welding ribbed Votoraço CA-60 reinforcing bar. Made from an upper bar (longitudinal) and two lower bars (longitudinal), the trusses are separated by a double diagonal that maintains the proper spacing. The junctions of diagonal and longitudinal bars are arc welded, creating a prefabricated structure.
Rebar trusses replace common pre-cast slabs and solid or pre-stressed slabs, providing several advantages, such as a reduction in the number of forms and bracing, and the consequent reduction of waste of time and materials during construction.
