The Zinc Oxides produced by Votorantim Metals are made from SHG zinc with a minimum purity of 99.995%.
ZnO/FA
High purity zinc oxide with excellent thermal, electronic, and chemical properties, among others. The high quality of this product allows it to be used in diverse industrial applications such as rubber vulcanization, cosmetics, zinc phosphate, medications, ceramic glazes, polymers, etc.
ZnO/BO
A product with excellent physical and chemical properties. ZnO/BO is widely used in the rubber and ceramics industries.
ZnO/RA
A derivative of ZnO/FA, this oxide is specially formulated for use in the manufacture of agricultural products and animal feed.
All of the varieties of zinc oxide produced by Votorantim Metals are packaged in multi-layer paper sacks of up to 25 kilograms, or in polypropylene sacks with internal plastic bags, which hold up to 1.1 metric tons.
Multi-layer paper bags are stacked on 1.10 x 1.20 m wooden pallets with a capacity of up to 1500 kilograms and wrapped in PVC film.
The sacks are stored in locations protected from weather and transported in lined trucks.
